My S8+ keeps waking up on its own every few seconds

My phone constantly wakes itself up when I am not touching it or doing anything. This happens every 10 seconds or so and is draining the battery. I've tried restarting the phone. I have taken it in and out of the case but this still happens. When I use my headphones, bixby comes on about every 10 seconds. What is going on? No system updates have been done since March 7, 2019.
