My Android randomly shuts down at various battery levels, even up to 90% if I have the screen brightness up. It doesn't given me a warning (powering down) and wont turn back on. When I try to turn it back on, it shows the battery is drained, but when I plug it into a power source it shows the battery still has charge. My husband thinks its because I've dropped it a few times (but with a silicone cover). I think it's just a bad battery. The problem is that it's a Sony and the battery is encased. Is it even possible to have a service center replace the battery?
