My screen is blank.

My Lenovo Tab 2 A7 is acting strange. The phone doesn't power off. The screen is blank except for the notification bar (only battery percentage and time are shown) and home, recent and back button. Even then those buttons do not work and I think the touch doesn't work. Someone please help me to rectify this problem.
