Unable to use voice dialing over bluetooth with Blueant Commute 2

After purchasing a new Blueant Commute 2 I paired both mobiles OK, phone book downloaded OK but I am unable to use voice dialing one my LG G3 and when receiving call unable to answer unless I press buttons, it is supposed to be hands free !! It appears LG G3 does not support voice dialing over bluetooth,. :-(
