I got a virus wich wont go away, what should i do?

Well,i let my sister play with my samsung tab 4 (SM-T230)and she accidently installed a virus 😡,at the beginning i was like, OK.I thought i deleted the virus but actually it "hided" itself.Then this virus started installing bloatwares!😠I rooted my tab for uninstall it but always wasnt able to find the virus,so every 30mins it reinstalled the bloatwars back...I uninstalled it always but kept coming back😬😢.And one day(critical) my tab rebooted for no reason!!! I wad like WHAT?!And when i switched on my tab ,and what happened? THE VIRUS UNPATCHED THE ROOT AND IM NOT LONGER ABLE TO INSTALL IT!!!!!!Since this day my tab is ****ed up! Pls help😢😦😟
