Blank MMS gets created each time I view any contact

I a using Samsung Note Edge. I noticed last few days very time I view any contact immediately a blank multimedia message gets saved in my Message folder. The saved message is blank and just has the recepient name filled up same as the contact I viewed. In case the contact has multiple numbers stores multiple Mms get created. Each saved number has a corresponding Mms created. Kindly help resolving this problem. Thanks in anticipation.
I tried uninstalling true caller and hangout aps. This doesn't solve the problem.
