Calls displayed as Unknown

I downloaded True Caller yesterday, but it messed up my whatsapp so I uninstalled it. Now when someone calls me, it just displays as Unknown even though they are contacts on my phone??

Please help!!!

How do I turn off feedback when using volume buttons?

I have a Samsung S6
Every time you press the volume button instead of changing thee volume assuming you don't have a music app or video app open, it'll change your ringtone volume. Every time you press it, it'll give a beep like noise. This has been annoying me for a year but I see no way to turn it off (even though android advocates it's personalisation ability)
