I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 running Android and purchased from my Verizon cell phone store. There is a web page with a PDF file that I view frequently. Lately, Chrome asks me if I want to replace an existing file or create a new one. I don't want to do either. I just want to view the contents of the page in Chrome, but I do not see an option to control this behavior. How can I change it?
Or, since I've already got a copy of this file sitting somewhere on my phone, I can just look at it instead of revisiting the web page. Except I don't know how to do that. What tool should I expect to have that will let me view files on my phone? How can I move this file to some known location where I can get to it quickly?
Thank you very much.
