Lg g4 android 6.0. not rooted

After putting in samsung microsd card was checking with my oi file manager to be sure it had been detected when i noticed that when i moved imto the home directory it was showing system files that it had not previously shown. Such as dev, etc, kernel, sys, sbin and root
I've been smart (scared)😰 enough not to touch anything but just wondered. The phone is neither unlocked or rooted.
