Wuntu keeps crashing.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. I am on Three Network. I have been using Wuntu successfully until a week ago, but the last week, it keeps crashing. I disable it, turn off my phone, turn wifi off and mobile data on the download it again. I download from Play Store and it says downloading. When I click on open, it opens and when I click on an offer, it asks me to register. I confirm that I am over 13 years of age and click register. It says reading SIM then crashes. Any ideas please? Three Network and Wuntu have failed to help me.
