Displays and Gestures crashing

So my phone is doing a rainbow screen. I looked up how to fix it and turns out it was the screen saber option in Display and Gestures. Turns out I can't even go Displays and Gestures because it keeps force closing/crashing. I have a HTC 626 if anyone is wondering! Any help would be appreciated!
