Today I went to use my phone to make a call as normal and it says can not place call at this time... So I go to send a message it's sends me one back saying message blocking active so I did a little research and read where it said to check call barring inactive and when loading my settings it's telling me network or sim error so I turn off my phone take out my battery and sim wipe off my sim and replace it back turn the phone on and it's still telling me the same I tried to reset network and it's asking me for a pin code I don't remember ever setting a pin for the reset of network what do I do now?
