I cannot find photos downloaded from Chrome anywhere on my phone

I have no idea what happened, but now when I download a picture from Google Chrome app it just doesn't show up anywhere in gallery or file manager, even though notification bar shows something else. I tried restarting my phone, reseting my Chrome and Gallery's data but nothing worked. I checked my Chrome's settings and it says that the download location is set to SDCard/storage/extSdCard/Android/data/com.android.chrome/files/Download so I tried to find that folder on my phone but I couldn't. I also checked Chrome's permissions for my storage and everything seems fine. Problem appeared suddenly, I wasn't even changing any settings on my phone before it happened.
