Locked out of my Samsung S9 as keyboard doesn't show shift key; my password to enter has CAPS. Help!

No shift key on the Samsung S9 keyboard (switching between Kanji and Latin keyboard). Please help, I'm locked out of my phone; can't put my Capital letter password into it.
