My Galaxy Note 8's wifi not working after security update

My phone went through an update last week and now, even though the wifi works through out my house on all my devices and I have all bars, I cannot load pages or videos. I will restart my phone and my phone will be fine for about 12-24 hours until I have to go through the whole restart process all over again. Any ideas?
