Why Is My Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 not recieving messages or cant send messages and the same for calls

For some reason today my Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 cant send messages or recieve messages and i tried calling as well but it just says "dialing". But When i call it from an another phone it wont recieve the call. I want to know why this happened and how to fix it.
