I have a Motorola android Maxx my service and protection app is forced closed how do i get it work.

I have a Motorola droid Maxx . I was looking at my apps and found that my service and protection app says forced cloced. How can I get it working again. Cuz my phone's been acting different lately. I think this might have something to do with it.
