Why did my note not save on quickmemo+? Is there any way to retrieve lost memo? Even if not saved?

I wrote a long note a quickmemo+ and went to save it only to find it didnt save... I repeated the process to verify i didn't do anything wrong... It simply chose not to save it... Ive looked and cannot find the document on my phone... If it truly is lost this is quite upsetting. I'm a story writer and had written out several paragraphs on this as I have several times. Please someone help.
