camera storage option is set to internal memory and that option is unselectable to change.

I have a 64 GB Class 10 100Mbps speed SD card and I was able very few third party applications to SD card from storage in the settings which had a "Change" option. I have ES file explorer in my mobile. I am not sure how to move the photos and videos default storage as SD card and also move all third party apps to sd Card as during downloads in the third party apps its giving me low memory as its in the internal memory, I am trying had for the past 2 months to find an optimum solution for this. I was using iphone5s and moved to android recently. I am currently using Nokia 5 Android 8.1.0v Oreo. Kindly help me.
