Turn off the screen lock when running an App.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android V8. I have a screen timeout after 2 minutes which I want to keep. I have a particular application which I want to keep on the screen and override the screen lock. I have other apps which seen to have an 'always on'.

Where do I need to go to add this app to an exception list?
