What do i do after accidently pressing"reset app preferences" ?

I wanted to let instagram access to my storage informations but when i entered apps that appear on top settings i pressed accidently reset app preferences and now i can't do or change anything and i can't allow instagram to pick pictures from my gallery and i can't add instagram in the settinhs of app that appear on top
