Note 8. Phone answer buttonwon't work.

I have just downloaded a big upgrade to my Galaxy note 8 and now I can't answer my phone. I can answer it with the volume button, but the answer button on the app won't work. When my phone rings, I hit the answer button and nothing happens, it just keeps ringing. I hit the cancel call button and nothing happens there either.
Is this a bug inn the upgrade, or something local?
