How do I reverse it when I accidentally press "never allow".

I was texting a Five digit number when a notification box came up asking if I wanted to "allow" or "never allow" the text to go through because i would be charged with normal texting rates or it was going to use up a lot of data. I accidentally pressed "never allow" and blocked the number. How do I undo it?
