I have just updated my Samsung Galaxy 6 & the favourite apps won't open.

I have just updated my Samsung Galaxy 6 & north row of favourite apps at the bottom of the screen won't open. The App Drawer button has moved to the centre of the page & covers a favourite app and it opens. All other apps open OK. I've tried re-starting & re-inserting the SIM card but nothing seems to work to get the favourite apps in the bar at the bottom working. Help please! Thanks
