Looking for a Basic Phone, Non smart phone that Syncs Contacts through Google

I am looking for a Basic Phone that's not a smart phone just for phone calls that allows contacts to sync with Google similar to how a smart phone would.

Are there any options were the contacts sync to the cloud vs. on the device/ SIM?
