Why HTC m7 verizon 64GB phone does not support Ethiopian 3G & 4G networks?

i have bought HTC m7 verizon 64GB phone but it only support Ethiopian 2G network. But, when i configure T-mobile US LTE apn on my phone, i got 3G but doesn't support call. What is the permanent solution?
