Since i made a factory reset, my phone keeps booting at least once a day.

The reason for the reset I made was that i was unable to install "Messenger". Now this and everything else is working fine. HTC says that it has to go for repair, but any suggestions? I don't think it is a hardware problem.

Not rooted and not overfilled with apps.
