HTC One M7 won't boot past boot splash screen, recovery mode unresponsive

I was just browsing snapchat, when suddenly, my phone froze and turned off. If I try to reboot, I get to the white HTC screen, then after a small time, it turns off again.

If I hold power and volume down to get to the recovery screen, I can move through the options, but if I try to pick one (even factory reset) it just freezes the phone!

Please Help!
