Why is my phone unrecognized by my mobile network? i belive it would run 4G if it was

its a qiku N4, it says it has android 6.0 someone told me it was mtk. its processor is a helioX20+ and model number is 1503-M02. the phone was in Chineseuntil i got it to english. it also says something about 360 OS. i just want my phone at 4G and to be recognized. Someone plz help me. (Newb)
