HTC one m9 camera and upper head phone not working

I tried changing my HTC one m9 screen. While doing this , I kept the heat gun on the phone longer than I should and it burnt the upper camera case. I figure out that it might have damaged the camera which it did but it became weird when I powers the phone e and cameras and the upper head phone wasn't working.. how do I fix this..
