Music Widget not showing on lock screen

I use Qmobile Z12 Pro also known as Gionee S6s running marshmallow and amigo ui 3.2 whenever I use spotify, gpm or any other music app the lock screen doesn't show any music widget even if I turned it on in the settings. Anyone know about the solution?
