My DZ09 smart watch won`t connect to the internet.

I can connect to my phone make calls and text. Every time I try to install Facebook, Twitter or the Browser it gives me the option to install or cancel. When I touch install it just doesn`t install. Has anyone had this problem and can anyone please help
