Owner of a Samsung Galaxy S3 (on Boost Mobile network, if that matters). I recently, within the last 48 hours, began getting this message whenever I pressed home button and held it, to bring up the recent applications in the background. Here are the steps I have taken, thus far:
1) Removed recently installed apps (no resolution).
2) Cleared device cache partition (no resolution).
3) FACTORY RESET and restoration of device (no resolution).
4) Boot into Safe Mode (disabled any 3rd party apps) (problem persists).
5) Checked for Firmware Update (None available).
6) Checked for Samsung Software Update (None available)
7) Checked for Profile Update (Updated, no resolution)
8) Checked for PRL Update (Updated, no resolution)
Are there any other troubleshooting steps I should try, or is my phone hardware pretty much toast?
