I ordered and set up a used Galaxy Note 5 sm-n920c 64GB.
Unfortunately I can't get it to connect to my PC (tried various cables, everything suggested online, two PCs) and it's possible that the usb port may be faulty.
Is it possible to back up this phone so that if I get another one I can just restore it rather than have to install all the apps again? There are about 100 apps that I put on and they take a long time to organize and set up.
If so, what is the best way to do that? Also how exactly identical does the phone need to be? Would it work on an sm-n920a? Or do I need to get an sm-n920c? Or do I need to find the exact letters after then n920c?
