In phone calls my voice is very low or sounds like im far away

I have Honor 8 Lite and when someone calls me, they can barely hear me. It works fine if i put person on speaker. I just got my phone back from repair (they changed the thingy where you put your charger). Any way to fix this without taking phone back for repair? There was a new system update and was wondering if it could have caused this?
