Battery Charger on app for device BLUETOOTH

I own an Nokia 8 but i want some futures for my RAV CHARGER on my phone with an app. I still search on google play for app for device bluetooth so i can see future of external charger for better life in me. Is theree an excist of an app so i can see what external charger will do in charging phone in app for future device with charge time an how much i can do with charge in external CHARGER.
