Dialer app crashing wen trying to call 042 or 045

As said in the topic. If i try to make a call and type a number that starts with 042 or 045 the dialer app closes down as soon as i hit the 2 or 5. This is a huge problem for me since all local phone numbers starts with 042. I have tryed to clear all the cach data and that didnt help. I have a huawei mate 20 pro.
