Ever since the latest update the notifications have not been working correctly on my phone. I've ruled out all possible factors I can think of and that are suggested from my google searches, but I haven't seen this specific problem.
These apps give me push notifications when I open the apps, but not otherwise.
I've tried resetting their notification settings as well and it has not made a difference.
