I have Huawei Mate9 and HiSuite Backup. Needed to do a factory reset and looking at everything in HiSuite was there (all photos, files, 12,000 text etc.) prior to execution.
Then after reset and going to HiSuite to send all the data back to my phone, NO text messages were present.
However, they are on my computer and I can bring them up in MS XLS spreadsheet form and see them all in phone number chronological order.
Is there any way to transfer the data back to my phone using either the HiSuite App or, another method connecting the phone via USB?
Please reply if you know exactly what I need to do. I'm tired of reading nonsense replies with no results by others that do not know.
