It seems like the people who I am not getting their messages to download are IPhone users.
I have a Samsung S8+, AT&T Service, nothing fancy done to my phone. I am really just a basic smart phone user who doesn't mess with anything.
I am seemingly getting normal messages 'occasionally'. Maybe half the messages. I am also having problems sending texts failed for no apparent reason very sporadically.
