what is the thing taking the administrator permissions off from the apps with out my knowledge? plea

Hi how are you, i bought a new android phone which is huawei y9 2019, it is android 8, and i installed the kaspersky internet security app,it needed the permision and i gave the permission, but after a while i saw the app's small icon disappeared at the top of the home screen ,when i opened the kaspersky app, it asked me again for the permission, ok i gave it again but after a while the same thing happened again and again , do you know how to fix it?
