Im on a razer phone 2 and my notifications are delayed

I'm on a Razer Phone 2 and my Notifications are delayed for Messenger messages are delayed around 10 minutes for Reddit and Gmail there delayed and I get the notifications in bundles I don't have any power saving app i have power save mode on at 15% Battery and I have nova launcher notifications for other apps may be delayed but those are the one I have noticed
