How can I change the dates that show my data usage?

I bought my phone data plan under a family members, and I had to pay a month and a half to synch my plan to his. However, on my phone's settings, the graph that shows my data usage still shows monthly cycles based on when I bought the phone, and now not when my actually data resets. Any way to change the date to my new cycle?
