Video buffering constant, but only my new S7 edge phone.

I just bought the new s7 edge 2 weeks ago. I kept my old phone and use it to research and watch videos.

The new phone is stuck in video caching. I've cleared the storage cache, closed the xfinity app and reset the phone. It still is hung on the video buffering (like for 5 minutes at a time).

I grabbed my old phone. It has no issue...so I dont believe ithat is a network issue.

I appreciate any guidance.
