Which Alcatel smartphone is best for MHL capability in connecting it to an HDTV?

I understand that Alcatel One Touch 997, 997A, 997D, 998 and S800 are MHL ready. Which one performs best for MHL use. Are they prior to Idol3and where can I purchase it?
