Why is my phone only ringing once?

When people ring my phone it is ringing once and then going to answer phone. Then I'm not getting missed calls at all for any of these calls. I use my phone for business and it's not good at all. I'm not even receiving texts half the time.

It's a HTC and it needs sorting - what do I do?
