Email apps

Does anyone know of an EMAIL APP for POP3 mail (NOT Exchange mail) that has a configurable setting for SYNC OVER WIFI ONLY ? Any email app that handles EXCHANGE email can do this. But I do NOT want this for Exchange email. I want this specifically for POP3 email setup. So, I have my work Exchange (O365) setup on my Droid Turbo so my work email can sync over wifi only and it's bery cool cuz it saves on DATA charges. But i also have hotmail and embarqmail that i use on my Droid but K9 and BlueMail and others do NOT have a "sync over wifi only" setting. Does anyone know of an app that DOES have that setting available?
