How can I get my A5 working again?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A5, but my screen has gone completely black. I've tried hard resetting it and I cant take the battery out as I can't take the back off. How can I get it to work again? I need to use it but I cant.

I still get notifications and text messages but I cant look at them because my screen is black
