how to read the photos inside the micro usb continuously when plugged in the android device

I plugged a micro usb flash device in the android phone, I opened with file manager of the phone, I could find the file which contains photos, I clicked and opened the first photo and wanted to read the second one by swapping my finger, but the first photo did not move and the second one did not appear.
