Note 3 S view Flip not working

My Note 3 recently had an issue that it wouldn't charge due to an issue in the charging port of the phone itself, I had to get it repaired through a store and now it seems to be working but now my S cover does not work anymore, when I flip it open it doesn't unlock my phone and when I close it; it doesn't lock. I have gone into accessories settings and in S View Cover the Automatic Unlock option is checked, I have tried turning off the phone removing the cover and reattaching it, I have tried keeping the phone on and removing the cover and reattaching it, it still does not work.
Keep in mind it worked before, It's an original cover
